Daniel Maldonado
I was born in Guatemala City, the beautiful capital of the country known as the "Land of Eternal Spring." When I was 6 years old, my family moved to Northern Virginia, looking for a better life. Growing up, I always had an interest in real estate and investing.
When I was 19, I started working as a courier for a successful local real estate team. I'd drive around the Northern Virginia area installing directional signs for listings and running errands for the team. I got to know the different streets and neighborhoods of the NOVA area as well as what types of residential real estate are available and what makes for an excellent real estate investment. Almost 7 years later, I now work as a full-time real estate agent licensed in DC, Maryland, and Virginia, helping people buy, sell, lease, and invest in local real estate. Having successfully completed close to 200 transactions, I've walked through thousands and thousands of properties in the area and have learned how to spot value & opportunity for buyers, renters, and investors, and how to maximize the bottom line for sellers and landlords. In my opinion, owning quality real estate is the best way to build long-term wealth, and what better market to invest in than America's capital?
In 2020, I bought my first home: a 1950's fixer-upper brick rambler in Fairfax City that my wife Kelly and I are working on restoring. We love living here with our spoiled rescue dog, Zoe, and exploring the area.
I aim to build a meaningful relationship with everyone who trusts me with their real estate goals and be a one-stop shop for any real estate needs or questions they may have, now and in the future. Feel free to call, text, or email me anytime (24/7) if there is anything I can do for you. I'd love to grab a coffee and go over your specific situation, timeline, and goals, and see how I can bring you value!
