Have you heard the news? Brambleton will be hosting it’s parade of homes on April 26th and 27th this year. The Northern Virginia Building Industry Association (NVBIA) hosts this must see event where area builders showcase innovative ideas, special design features, dynamic floor plans and master craftsmanship.
If you love touring model homes just as much as I do you need to attend this event. The amount of ideas that you can get from touring some of the area’s most unique custom homes, remodeling projects, single-family homes, townhomes and condominiums is endless.
Not only is this a fun event but 100% of the proceeds goes to HomeAid Northern Virginia. HomeAid Northern Virginia builds shelters for area homeless in Northern Virginia. You can donate online, and then visit the Parade of Homes tour map page which allows you the opportunity to select and build your Parade route by area of location, type of home and price range that you desire.
