Miller and Smith is one of my favorite builders, they specialize in homes that are anything but ordinary. As you drive around Brambleton you will see many of their homes from the 1920’s collection off Courtland Park Dr to their Brownstone Collection across from the town center. The features that they add to their homes really make them stand out from the crowd and the added architectural details really make their homes pop not only on the exterior but the interior as well.
Miller & Smith was one of the orginal builders of Brambleton, their first set of homes are located near the town center.  They have continued building in Brambleton and have now begun a new phase called the Skyview Collection with 3 models to pick from all with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors on the main levels are standard options.  All 3 town homes feature open kitchens, 2 car garages,great rooms, open kitchens, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.
The Aurora, with up to 2,820 square feet of space, has a chef’s kitchen and a balcony off the library. It starts at $502,990.
The Orion features a courtyard that provides additional windows in the foyer and dining room. With up to 2,849 square feet, it starts at $497,990.
The Carina’s gourmet kitchen includes an oversize island. It has an optional covered deck and either a loft on the upper level or an optional fourth bedroom. With up to 3,398 square feet, it starts at $544,990.
Out of the 3 new models the Aurora is my favorite, I love the balcony off the front of the home.  I love that you can have outdoor space on the front and back of your home.  This model also features a great kitchen that any gourmet chef would love. What’s your favorite model Miller and Smith model?
