 The Preserve at Goose Creek is one of the newest HOAs in Ashburn, conveniently located off Belmont Ridge Road and the Dulles Greenway (267 Toll Road).  This community is a commuters dream, not only is it located near 267 which will take you into Reston, Tysons Corner, McClean, DC and future Metro Stops.  Also located in the shopping center near the community is a  commuter parking lot where you can pick up the Tyson’s Express Bus or carpool to work.

My favorite model is the Calloway model.  The Calloway is 2049 sq ft of well thought out living.  The floor plan is similar to the Bluefield but it features an extra den of the main living floor.  The den adds about 186 sq ft to the home.  The den includes an extra balcony and windows on each side which adds a lot of light to this bonus space.  While they call it a den it could easily be an extra living space, office, craft room, or man cave.

Lennar has added their Schlage Smart Link System to the City Homes.  Have you ever laid in bed wondering if you locked your front door?  Well if you have an Iphone you will never need to worry if your front door is locked.  Schlage remote home management system just pull up the app on your phone and you will be able to see if the front door is locked.  Do you ever have a dog walker or house cleaner come by while you are work?  Now you can give each person their own code to your home and delete it at any time.  Lennar has also paired the Schlage Smart Link System with Trane Remote Energy Thermostat so you can control your HVAC from your Iphone as well.  With CAT 5 wiring through out the home, this truly is a SMART HOME!
