The community plans to be complete with plenty of things to keep residents occupied.  There are several shops and restaurants to be opening their doors in the next few months and years.  Presently, places like Bar Louie and Uncle Julio’s are taking dinner reservations with other establishments soon to come.  Alamo Drafthouse Cinema is available to visitors who would like to get dinner and a movie without moving out of their seat.  Not to mention the construction of Edelman Financial Field that will be the home of two new local sports teams, the Loudoun Hounds (baseball) and the Virginia Cavalry FC (soccer).  The community will also offer a Central Park, an amphitheater, a sports plex and much, much more.

One Loudoun plans to include The World Trade Center Dulles Airport and would be a member of the World Trade Centers Association (WTCA) which consists of 319 World Trade Centers representing 1,000,000+ businesses in over 90 countries .  It is expected to have over three million square feet of office space creating several new jobs in Ashburn.

Sales have already began on new homes in this unique community.  Builders like Miller & Smith, Camberley Homes by Winchester and NV Homes are currently offering a variety of floor plans for town homes and single family dwellings.   Over 1,000 homes are expected to be completed in the coming years.   Shop for homes in Loudoun County
